Stacy Flannery is our financial controller at Seiler’s Landscaping. She is a valuable asset to our team with a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Miami University of Ohio and a background as a senior accountant. Stacy has been married to her husband, Michael, for 28 years and has three beautiful children. Now she is part of the Seiler’s family, and we are excited to have her.

The green industry is new for Stacy, who joined our team in 2022. She enjoys the team collaboration, working to support our growth as a company and the beautiful landscapes that are produced by our talented team. Her role on our team includes financial planning, reporting, customer invoicing and process improvement. Payroll, insurance and new employee onboarding are also some of the tasks on her plate. Anything finance-related, Stacy can handle it!

This industry is more challenging than most realize. Stacy is always impressed by our designers’ knowledge, the organizational skills of our divisional managers and the hard work and dedication of our crews. Stacy is improving her skills by learning Spanish as a second language, which will prove helpful at work.
