Born and raised in Cincinnati, our Nursery and Bulk Material Manager Bill Back is well-versed in the landscaping industry. During his 17 years in the business, Bill has worked for several different landscaping companies and says Seiler’s is his favorite due to our employee-first culture and knowledgeable employees.

Bill originally started in construction and it wasn’t until a friend of his started a landscape company that he fell in love with plants. “I never thought it’d be a passion of mine,” Bill says, but now he really enjoys the process of figuring out how to keep plants happy and healthy.

Bill has been with Seiler’s since the early spring of 2022 and as our nursery and bulk material manager, he spends much of his time at our office nursery taking care of the plants and keeping them in stock for customers. He also deals with our bulk orders for products like stone and hardscape items and will deliver orders to job sites. Ensuring our on-site workers have everything they need to complete the job is a key part of providing excellent service to Seiler’s customers.

Bill is recently married and enjoys spending his free time with his family. A former Bearcat, he enjoys watching sports, particularly University of Cincinnati games.
